WHAT IS THE HOTEL'S CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY?

Check-in time is from 3:00pm onwards and check-out time is at 12:00pm.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY WITH CHILDREN?

We consider a child any person that is 11 years old or younger. Certain room types for rate plans may or may not allow children. Children 11 and under sharing an existing bed in a room, can stay for free. Once an extra bed is added, it is $70++ per bed per night.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY?

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

- Full payment to be made directly to hotel upon check in.

- A refundable deposit of SGD100 will be collected upon check-in by cash or credit card. For 7 nights stay and above, the refundable room deposit will be SGD300 per room upon check-in.

- In the event that cleaning and disinfectant is required for the room, the cost will be borne by the guest.

WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR CREDIT CARD CONTROL?

To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used, a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner along with an authorization letter stating that the credit card holder has allowed the guest to use his/her card for the reservation. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Standard cancellation is 72 hours before check in. All other reservations under discounted rates are charged full and non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR GATHERING AND PARTY?

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, we uphold a strict zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise.

Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

IS THERE BELL SERVICE?

We do not provide bell service. Trolleys are available upon request.
