YWCA Fort Canning
Join us in our vision to make a positive impact on our community.
Whenever you stay at our spacious and beautiful guest rooms, dine at Café Lodge or meet at one of our many function rooms, you are making a difference to the community by contributing to our net proceeds which support our outreach to those in need.
Host your events at our newly renovated function rooms, ballroom and multi-purpose hall. Let our warm staff assist you, be it an intimate gathering or a large corporate event. Our refurbished Sophia Cooke ballroom is also an ideal place to hold your dream wedding banquet.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR SAFETY AND WELL-BEING IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
As we warmly welcome you at YWCA Fort Canning, we are also pleased to inform you that we are certified SG Clean. You can rest assured that we take stringent precautionary measures to maintain a safe environment for all our guests, visitors and employees.
Our facilities like Café Lodge and swimming pool are open from 19 June 2020 and will strictly adhere to social distancing guidelines from the authorities.
Cleaning & Sanitisation
We take cleaning and sanitisation very seriously and place strong emphasis on frequent cleaning and thorough disinfecting of all areas especially frequently touched surfaces and common spaces. Routine cleaning even extends to back-of-house areas and equipment used by our staff.
Temperature Checks & Hand Hygiene
All guests, visitors and employees are required to have a body temperature check each time they enter the premise. We also conduct contact tracing upon arrival and ensure safe social distancing throughout the premise in passenger lifts and queue lines. Touch-free hand sanitiser dispensers are also provided at accessible locations throughout the hotel to promote good hand hygiene.
Masks, Gloves & Minimising Contact
All staff are well-equipped with masks and gloves, and are trained on the importance of wearing protective gear to provide a safe environment for our guests. To further minimise contact, guests can also opt-out of daily housekeeping services and order individually boxed meals delivered to their rooms.
YWCA Fort Canning will continually evaluate and adapt our cleanliness protocols to meet the evolving challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic because your safety and well-being is our top priority.
If you have questions about our services and facilities, please reach out to us at +65 6338 4222 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Passenger Lift Upgrading
We are upgrading our passenger lifts for the convenience and comfort of all our guests!
The upgrading works will be staggered beginning with the first lift on 14 December 2021. During this period, we seek your kind understanding and patience with the closure of the upgrading passenger lift. Guests will be able to use other lifts that are in operation.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
Since 1875, YWCA has been reaching out to those in need.
When you visit or stay with us, you are also supporting YWCA's many programmes and activities aimed at helping the disadvantaged and underprivileged in our community. All net proceeds from our hospitality business support our outreach to those who need it most.
