Celebrating Service Excellence at the 2025 EXSA Award
YWCA Fort Canning is proud to celebrate our outstanding team members who have been recognised at the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) 2025, held on Monday, 3 November 2025 at the Ho Bee Auditorium, University Cultural Centre. This marks the fifth consecutive year that we have participated in this prestigious national award programme which honours individuals in the hospitality industry who have delivered exceptional service and gone the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences.
This year, we are thrilled to announce a total of 14 award recipients across the Silver, Gold, and Star categories, each representing the heart and soul of YWCA Fort Canning’s service culture.
Our winners exemplify dedication, teamwork, and reliability in their daily roles in various functions like administration, maintenance, F&B, housekeeping, security, front office, stewarding and sales.
Each of these individuals plays a vital role in upholding YWCA’s values of service, compassion, and excellence, consistently going above and beyond, embodying our motto, “By Love, Serve One Another.”
Their collective achievements highlight how excellence in service extends beyond individual roles, as it is all about teamwork, passion, and purpose.
Star Award Recipient
A special congratulations goes to Joe Sun, our Front Office staff who received the Star Award, the highest level of recognition at the award ceremony. Joe’s genuine care, initiative, and ability to anticipate guest needs have made him a role model for service excellence. His exemplary performance reflects YWCA Fort Canning’s mission to serve with empathy and distinction.
These awards are not just individual honours, but a collective celebration of our culture rooted in compassion, professionalism, and the belief that every act of service can make a difference.
Congratulations and thank you to our EXSA 2025 winners for making YWCA Fort Canning a place where guests feel truly cared for.
